Return & Exchange Policy

HSW only accepts returns for the following reasons:

  • The product is damaged during the shipping process.

  • The product is not as described in the order.

 

In case of exchange:

  • The product is not your measure.

  • You ordered the wrong colour or specification by mistake.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date.
